Colorado based conceptual artist and singer/songwriter Blackbird & The Storm returns this year with her second single 'Black Crow' (out 17th February on Ed Records). The audio of the track appeared exclusively on The Girls Are, while the video premiered on Clash. The single's release suffered a delay when the studio the track was due to be mixed at, found itself underwater during one of the worst floods the area has faced in over 100 years. 'Black Crow' is therefore a rather eerily prophetic song, given its vision of a apocalyptic world endangered by severe flooding.
